What we do

Just Projects Philippines is a non-profit organization that intentionally journeys with leaders in conflict spaces to rescue children who are most vulnerable to conflict and perpetual cycles of violence and poverty. We empower indigenous leaders who have a heart to capacitate and protect the most vulnerable children and facilitate holistic transformation in their communities.

Consuelo | chief operating officer

Her past experience in top level management in both business and socio-civic engagement and her grassroots involvement in some of the remotest areas working with various indigenous leaders and partners at present has made her a resilient & compassionate leader.

Hazel | Project Officer

Hazel is from North Cotabato, an area familiar with conflict and violence. Her work experience focused on logistics, sales, and marketing in the business world. She left her corporate background to follow a call to help people in need. She is passionate about helping children and pioneering new projects in remote parts of Mindanao.

Precious | Program Manager

Precious is a licensed social worker with extensive experience in the NGO sector. She has worked in humanitarian aid in the aftermath of typhoon Haiyan. She’s also has experience working as a child organizer an educator, peace building in conflict ridden areas, as well as working with the Badjao and other IP groups. She is originally from Mindanao and she enjoys singing and leading worship.

Zoe | Partnership Facilitator 

Zoe’s background as a missionary in Cambodia and his role as a pastor in Valencia City have equipped him to provide guidance to field workers and church planters at across JPP’s areas of intervention. He promotes transformational leadership principles, effective and biblical ways to develop community and healthy relationships of everyone in our network. He influences the team towards innovation and maximum impact while pursuing potential partnerships.

Lyziel | program specialist

Lyziel is from the Manobo tribe in Mindanao. She has an extensive work background with large international NGOs specializing in disaster risk reduction and management. This combined with an education in forestry gives her a special skillset to help protect and instruct IP groups in remote Mindanao. She is helping JPP train our leaders and in project monitoring and evaluation. She is passionate about helping the helpless and preserving our environment.

Rezcel | program administrative officer

Rez joined JPP in 2014 as a Program and Finance Administrator. The only staff based in Manila, she helps coordinate government reporting compliance. As a young high schooler, she was part of a group of friends that helped kids refrain from bad vices and focus on studying. Thus, her years of experience collaborating with different NGOs and advocacy groups has significantly helped JPP during its early years of operations.
